The Rocket Richard race is heating up down the stretch!
The NHL goal-scoring race is close, and the Rocket Richard Trophy winner will come down to the wire, with just one month of the 2021-22 season remaining.

There's no doubt there will be at least two guys to reach the 50-goal mark this season (Draisaitl and Matthews). Both of whom have been in a back and forth race lately:
And then on the very next night...
Since the 2010-11 NHL season, the 50-goal mark has only been reached eight times in six seasons. And it's only been done three times by somebody not named Alex Ovechkin (Corey Perry 2010-11, Steven Stamkos 2011-12 and Leon Draisaitl 2018-19).
NHL fans could potentially see six or seven 50-goal scorers this season, with the possibility of all current Top-10 scorers reaching the milestone with a month remaining in the regular season.
So, the big questions are : how many players will reach the 50-goal plateau, and who will do it first?
