Arizona Coyotes forward Clayton Keller was stretchered off the ice Wednesday night.

The 23-year-old was attended to by the medical staff after taking a heavy fall into the end boards against the San Jose Sharks.

Keller himself confirmed on Twitter Thursday morning that he is, in fact, done for the season.

Keller crashed hard into the end boards when he was trying to skate around San Jose Sharks defenseman Nicolas Meloche.
