The Boston Bruins take on the Ottawa Senators tonight.
With the B's third line in the middle of a slump right now, Head Coach Bruce Cassidy decided it was time to make a few lineup switches.
Forward Jesper Froden is the main beneficiary of the roster shakeup as he goes from being a healthy scratch to the second line alongside Erik Haula and Taylor Hall.
Marc McLaughlin, who had been slotting in on the second unit's wing, will revert back to his natural centerman position on the fourth line.
The biggest loser from all of this is evidently Trent Frederic. The third line bruiser has only one assist in his last ten games played, so perhaps a little breather will help get him back on track. He sees Tomas Nosek slide in to his spot alongside Charlie Coyle and Craig Smith.
We'll keep you up to date with projected lines, pairings and goaltenders later on today.
