The Buffalo Sabres were one of the latest teams to host 'Youth Takeover Day'', but it didn't start out as planned for the organization.
To help grow the game, Buffalo invites youths interested in joining media, help out for the day. Recently, the Sabres introduced a young student, Madison, as their new Junior Reporter.
However, one reporter by the name of Mike Harrington decided to break the young girl's spirits. Early in the day, Madison was encouraged by a member of the Sabres to join a media scrum, but Harrington wasn't having it.
The footage was captured by Mike Straw Media. Check it out:
We've all seen what @ByMHarrington has said and heard the stories, but this is something that deserves to be brought up.
Harrington's history of acting better than isn't new as you can see in this clip of clearly intimidating a Sabres Jr. Reporter. A KID.
After being called out on social media for the incident, Harrington chose to go private on Twitter instead of addressing the matter.
