The Boston Bruins finish 2022 with an overtime loss at TD Garden to the Buffalo Sabres.

Although they never got the team results today that they would've hoped for, David Pastrnak scored once again and moved into elite NHL company. Pasta opened the scoring today with his 25th of the season and with it, moved into a three-way tie for the most goals scored in the 2022 calendar year.

As per Ty Anderson:

''David Pastrnak now with 57 goals on the calendar year. Tied with Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews for the most in the league.''

Matthews, the reigning Rocket Richard winner, hasn't had the hot start that Pastrnak and McDavid have enjoyed. McDavid currently leads the league with 32, Pasta is in 4th with 25, and Matthews is in 21st with 17. Jason Robertson and Kirill Kaprizov aren't far behind the top three with 55 goals apiece.

Pastrnak is done for 2022, but all four other players have still yet to play. How will the final results look?
