Evander Kane suffered a scary incident Tuesday night when his wrist was cut by an opposing player's skate. After the game, the Edmonton Oilers announced that the forward was stable and at a nearby hospital to undergo an immediate procedure.
Now, the club revealed just how much time Kane will miss:
''[Oilers] forward Evander Kane has been placed on LTIR & is expected to miss 3-4 months. Mattias Janmark & Klim Kostin have been recalled from the
[Condors.] We wish Evander the best in his recovery process.'' Kane suffered what could have been a career or even threatening injury last night. It's good to see he's okay and should be back to 100% in a few months. He also shared a message of thanks on Twitter Wednesday morning.
