Forbort receives special gift from young fan during Holiday Hospital visit

The Boston Bruins had an off day on Tuesday, and decided to do something special with it!
The team participated in its annual Holiday visit to local hospitals during the afternoon.
However, it was a child patient that gave the best gift, which was a plant for Bruins defenseman Derek Forbort. Check out the wholesome clip below:
