Former Boston Bruins defenseman Torey Krug's career hits rock bottom

Torey Krug's career has hit a new low as he will miss the entire 20242-2025 season as a result of surgery.
The St. Louis Blues GM
Doug Armstrong had announced that Krug will address pre-arthritic changes in his left ankle.
The effort to find a non-surgical interventional had been exhausted, as rehabilitation didn't work as well as hoped.
The 33-year-old defenseman was signed by the Blues in 2020, the Michigan native skated in 77 games, scoring 39 points( 4 G, 35 A) and 32 PIMs.
In four seasons with his current team, he has scored 146 points(22 G, 124 A) and 154 PIMs in 255 games.
During his NHL career, he has played 778 regular season games, with Boston and St. Louis, scoring 483 points( 89 G, 394 A) and 374 PIMs.
