A former Boston Bruins prospect is headed out to the West Coast to play for the Seattle Kraken.
Drafted in the sixth round (165th overall) at the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, forward Cameron Hughes could never crack the Bruins lineup, only playing two NHL games since his professional debut in Providence during the 2017-18 season.
Hughes was a solid AHL player for the Bruins, recording 38 goals and 75 assists in 112 games.
