On a rather quiet Trade Deadline day, only a handful of depth moves have been made in the NHL, with former Bruin Curtis Lazar being involved in one.
The fourth line winger will be heading back to the Eastern Conference, as the New Jersey Devils have acquired Lazar from the Vancouver Canucks.
As per TSN's Darren Dreger:
'NJD acquire Curtis Lazar from Canucks.''
The 28-year-old just signed a three-year, $3 million contract with the Canucks after leaving the Boston in free agency. Through 45 games this season, he has registered 3 goals and 2 assists.
Lazar somewhat resurrected his career while with the Bruins. In 80 games he collected 20 points, including a career high 8 goals and 8 assists in 70 games last season.
