Youth coach loses his finger trying to climb into team's bench

It's not every day that you see something like this happen at the arena, and this video is definitely not for the faint of heart!
A youth coach appears to try and jump up into his team's bench by using the penalty box glass when it appears his ring gets caught on the glass.
That's when his finger is cleanly severed, which you can see in the video. The incident happens at around 4:48 on the scoreboard clock, and you can clearly see the frantic coach reacting to the incident.
