Boston Bruins' newly acquired defenseman, Hampus Lindholm, left Tuesday's matchup against the Detroit Red Wings.
An apparent lower-body injury forced him out of the game in the third period.
The Swedish defender had one shot, one hit and three blocks in 13:52 of ice time before leaving the game.
Lindholm was on a three-game point streak coming into tonight's matchup against the Red Wings. He has four assists in six games since being acquired from the Anaheim Ducks at the Trade Deadline.
This was the Bruins' third injury in back-to-back nights to a regular roster player.
He now joins David Pastrnak and Trent Frederic.
