A moment that shook the entire hockey world happened on April 6th, 2018, when sixteen people were killed and thirteen were injured after a bus full of a junior hockey team was struck by a semi-truck in Saskatchewan, Canada.

The Humboldt Broncos are a Junior «A» team part of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL), and the tragedy was felt worldwide by not only the hockey community.

During game four of the Western Conference Final between the Edmonton Oilers and the Colorado Avalanche, five survivors of the tragic accident were seen enjoying the playoff action at Rogers Place in Edmonton.

The members of the Broncos in attendance were Tyler Smith, Brayden Camrud, Graysen Cameron, Ryan Straschnitzki and Derek Patter. The young men made a special presentation for Oilers superfan, 5-year-old Ben Stelter.
