New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin joined a small group of other goalies in NHL history for an impressive playoff record.
Shesterkin assisted on two of his team's five goals in game six Saturday night, a feat that only four other goalies have accomplished in NHL playoff history and the first since Pekka Rinne with the Nashville Predators in 2017.
He also had an impressive 37 saves in a 5-2 win over the Carolina Hurricanes to force game seven to see who goes to the Eastern Conference Finals to face the Tampa Bay Lightning.
