New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin was one of the main reasons for his team's victory in game seven over the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Hurricanes threw 41 shots at Shesterkin during the course of the game, and he stopped 39 of them in a 6-2 win. The Russian is a finalist for the Vezina and Hart Trophy this season, and he proved why in game seven.
After the handshakes and before he skated off the ice to go celebrate with his teammates, Shesterkin made sure to let particular Hurricanes fans along the glass that their team was eliminated, and he was a big reason why. It's unclear whether those fans said something throughout the game that caught the goalie's attention, but it's hilarious.
