New York Islanders goaltender Ilya Sorokin is one of the best in the NHL, and he proved why earlier tonight in Pittsburgh.
As the Penguins were trying to increase their lead to 3-1, Sorokin made an unbelievable paddle save on Kris Letang, who appeared to have a wide open net to shoot at.
Check it out:
The Islanders would go on to score three unanswered and Sorokin made 44 saves as they topped the Penguins 4-2.
So, it was a massive save in more ways than one!
