Is there anyone more divisive in the hockey world than Brad Marchand? The Bruins forward has a large fanbase that supports him, but he also has a large number of haters.
Despite a few unfortunate events that led to the 33-year-old becoming one of the most suspended players in NHL history, the fact is that Marchand has the stats and résumé to back up what has been a stellar career so far.
Whether you like him or not, the 2006 third-rounder has bloomed into a cornerstone player for the B's while also enjoying some international success. Marchand has helped Canada to two gold medals at the World Juniors, to a World Championship and a World Cup title, and also led the Bruins to a Stanley Cup win in 2011.
Producing at a reasonable rate in the early portion of his career, Marchand flipped the switch offensively a few seasons ago and has become one of the NHL's top point producers.
