Bruins' forward Jake DeBrusk is quietly having an excellent season thus far, racking up 18 goals and 12 assists in 62 games.
DeBrusk was a solid depth forward for the Bruins in his first three seasons after being drafted 14th overall in 2015.
After only attributing 5 goals and 9 assists in the 2020-21 season, it caused a lack of ice-time for the young forward. The Edmonton native's point totals have declined every season until this season.
Earlier in the season, DeBrusk officially asked for a trade out of Boston:
The winger is on pace for 39 points, which would be just two off his career-high, but is also on a three-game goal streak.
DeBrusk was one of the most of the Bruins' most notable players in Boston's route over the New Jersey Devils.
