Jake Debrusk scored his 100th career goal, giving Boston a commanding 5-1 lead over the Colorado Avalanche.
The Bruins put up a dominant performance over the defending champion Avalanche. The Bruins winger had a goal disallowed earlier in the game as the net was dislodged before the puck crossed the line.
Debrusk's goal came just 10 seconds after Trent Frederic made the game 4-1. Debrusk has now scored eight goals this season.
