Minnesota Wild fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief!

There has been concern for Russian born players after Philadelphia Flyers's prospect Ivan Fedotov was detained for wanting to leave the KHL for the NHL.

Fedotov was arrested and sent to a Russian outpost in the Arctic to fulfill military service.

Early in July, it was reported that their was a warrant for Wild superstar Kirill Kaprizov's arrest, and he had been denied entry into the United States twice.

However, it was announced today that Kaprizov has finally made it back to the U.S. safe and sound.

The Athletic's Michael Russo reports:

'The allegations that Kaprizov bought a fraudulent military ID card appear to have largely been refuted. Kaprizov is a student of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, which allows him to defer his military obligations. But it's unclear if Kaprizov was able to exit Russia because the Wild got him his U.S. work visa or if his representatives were able to get him another military deferment in Russia.'
