Goaltender Linus Ullmark was brilliant once again in the Boston Bruins' 3-1 win over the Calgary Flames Thursday night, stopping 31 of 32 shots he's faced.
Besides being pulled against the Pittsburgh Penguins after allowing five goals on November 1st, Ullmark has been terrific this season (he came back into that game and got the win). On the season, the 29-year-old now has a sparkling .936 SV% and a 1.95 GAA, along with one shutout.
And the Swede just keeps adding his name to the history books! Per NHL Stats:
Ullmark moved to 10-1-0 in 12 appearances this season and became the first NHL goaltender to reach the 10-win mark in 2022-23. He also became the fifth netminder in club history to reach 10 victories during a campaign in 11 decisions, joining Tuukka Rask (2016-17), Tim Thomas (2010-11), Gerry Cheevers (1976-77) and Ross Brooks (1973-74).
Not only that but Ian McLaren of ''Locked on Bruins'' shared the following stats as well:
