The Tampa Bay Lightning have won back-to-back Stanley Cup championships, and their game last night has proved why.
It doesn't necessarily take players that only score, but players that are willing to sacrifice their bodies for anything it takes to win. A montage of all the Lightning's injuries blocked shots, everything they fought through and etc., was put together from their game two victory over the Florida Panthers.
Watch the video here:
It's cool to see how much a team can buy in to do whatever it takes to win a playoff game, even the superstars like Steven Stamkos. Tampa Bay proved how much they care about winning, and obviously, they know how with Stanley Cup wins in back-to-back seasons.
They showed that they don't quit at any point either, the Florida Panthers stopped playing for five seconds, and the Lightning scored the game-winner with just 3.8 seconds left in the third period.
