Thomas was a great goalie in his prime, and in 2010-11, he put up arguably the best season by a Bruins goaltender and one of the best in NHL history. Thomas posted an incredible 2.00 goals-against average to go along with a .938 save percentage and nine shutouts that season. He followed up his regular season with an even better playoffs, with a 1.98 goals-against average, a .940 save percentage and four shutouts.
The Boston Bruins won the Stanley Cup over the Vancouver Canucks that season. One of the most memorable moments wasn't a big save by the goaltender, but a massive hit he laid on Canucks captain Henrik Sedin.
