Putting on the Bruins jersey was a dream come true

Nothing like getting to live out your childhood dreams!
Well, that's exactly what happened when the Bruins selected Jackson Edward with the 200th overall pick in the 2022 Draft.
The defensemen is from Newmarket, Ontario, but he didn't grow up a Maple Leafs fan.
It turns out that Edward grew up cheering for the black and gold, so it was truly a dream come true for the 18-year-old.
The youngster discussed the feeling of being picked by his favourite team:
''Boston was my favorite team growing upI liked Chara when I was younger and then Marchand became my favorite player.''
Jackson Edward has appeared in 41 games with the London Knights of the OHL, recording 3 goals, 16 assists and 81 penalty minutes.
