The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney have been given some time reassess their season as they deal with COVID issues.
While adding some depth for the top 6 is definitely at the top of the list, the clear problem continues to be the blueline.
The Arizona Coyotes recently placed Jakob Chychrun on the trade block and are listening to offers, something the Bruins should definitely think about.
According to Boston Bruins insider Joe Haggerty, the B's should be prepared to go all in.
We recently heard that the cost to land Chychrun will be similar to JackEichel and that means the B's will have to pay up.
Haggerty mentions that a package involving Brandon Carlo, Jack Studnicka along with a first and second round pick could get it done.
While obviously people would prefer to move Jake DeBrusk along with other pieces, Chychrun will be one of the most sought after players this year.
Would you make this blockbuster deal to bring over the 23 year old?
