How soon Matthew Tkachuk could be traded

Not often a player of this calibre, is available to acquire. Especially, at just 23 years of age.
Calgary Flames star forward Matthew Tkachuk did not file for salary arbitration making him eligible to be offer sheeted by any other NHL club.
However, yesterday the Flames filed for arbitration on their side to stop any teams from doing so. The news was kind of a shock but no we may no why the they did.
Eric Francis of Sportsnet reports some major news to deal with the Tkachuk situation. As per Mark Scheig on Twitter:
''Eric Francis today on 101 ESPN in St. Louis said that he expects a possible Matthew Tkachuk trade to be wrapped up within the week. He said it was clear to him the two are parting ways.
