Despite losing a key piece in David Krejci this offseason, the Boston Bruins have some balance up front.
The team lost Nick Ritchie as well, but brought in plenty of forwards to give the team some balance on all four lines.
This has opened up the window for the Bruins to trade forward Jake DeBrusk.
DeBrusk has been on the trade block since last season and seems to have fallen out of favour with B's head coach Bruce Cassidy.
According to Bruins' insider Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic, two teams are currently showing interest in DeBrusk before the start of the season.
The Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames are both considering making a move for the forward.
DeBrusk is an Edmonton native so a move to either Alberta franchise would give him a fresh start and opportunity to be closer to his family.
What kind of a return do you think the B's can get from either team considering that he's shown the ability to play top six minutes in the past.
