Former New York Rangers forward, Sean Avery, is easily one of the NHL's most well-known agitators.
Avery has now found himself in trouble off the ice, once again.
The 42-year-old was charged with 'criminal mischief'' after hitting a car with a scooter after the car was blocking a bike lane.
The incident took place back in February 2019, when he smashed the driver's side door of a minivan with his scooter.
''The judge ordered protection for all of the victims, including a small child. Avery himself admitted to screaming at the driver and passengers in the vehicle but says his tune changed when he saw a small child in the back of the car, he also made fun of the driver for being bald.''
