Swedish hockey long time equipment manager passed away
The Swedish hockey league announced the death of long time equipment manager Benny Andersson.
It was announced yesterday by the Swedish Hockey Federation that Benny Andersson, 65 has tragically passed away.
Benny Andersson was the equipment manager for three Olympics with the Swedish Women's National team, and has been with them since 2012, getting to witness and be apart of many championships during his time.
The last World Championships Benny Andersson was apart of was this year in 2024.
The hockey community is mourning the loss of yet another person, and our condolences go out to his family and friends during this rough time.
