Valeri Nichushkin played through the Stanley Cup Final with a gruesome looking injury

Hockey players are willing to play through almost anything to win the Stanley Cup.
The Tampa Bay Lightning revealed that at least eight players on their team had significant injuries suffered throughout the postseason. Now, Stanley Cup champ Valeri Nichushkin released photos of the broken foot he played through in the final.

Nichushkin also shared the X-Rays that showed the complete break in one of the bones in his foot:
The injury was so bad that the Russian winger couldn't even walk out of the arena on his own power, after the team's celebration.
