After a big off season and acquiring Jakob Chychrun at the Deadline, the Senators are right on the edge of a post season berth, but they didn't help their own cause on Monday night in Chicago.

Ottawa would end up dropping a 5-0 decision to the bottom-feeding Chicago team, and Brady Tkachuk was not happy about it.

With around 5 minutes left in the game, the Senators captain tried to take his frustrations out on opposing goalie Alex Stalock, who was clearly having nothing with it. Check it out below as an enraged Tkachuk had to held back by officials:

Coming into last night's game, Ottawa was only three points out of the second Wild Card spot and in a four-way tie with the Sabres, Panthers and Capitals with 68 points.

Thankfully for them, Buffalo and Washington both lost in regulation as well and Florida did not play. This also affects the Bruins as they will most likely face the second place Wild Card team.

The Eastern Conference Wild Card race will be must watch down the stretch! Who's going to make it?
