Connor McDavid stands up Matthew Tkachuk on hit attempt

Edmonton Oilers Connor McDavid is quite literally having a historic postseason.
He has 20 points in his team's first nine games of the 2022 Stanley Cup playoffs, with 6 goals and 14 assists. To put that into perspective, Sidney Crosby won the 2016 Conn Smythe for playoff MVP with 19 points.
McDavid is only scoring though, as he hasn't been afraid to throw the body around as well. The Oilers captain had 30 hits this postseason coming into game three against the Flames and leads all players with Calgary or Edmonton with nine hits in the first two games.
