Undrafted Georgi Merkulov signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Boston Bruins on April 9th, 2022.
That came after one great season with Ohio State of the NCAA, where he recorded 20 goals and 14 assists in 36 games.
The 22-year-old is now with the Providence Bruins of the AHL and is enjoying a successful first pro season. In 38 games, Merkulov has registered 8 goals and 18 assists.
