Jim Montgomery's awesome reaction to Trent Frederic's go-ahead goal

Jim Montgomery has started his tenure as the head coach of the Boston Bruins better than even he could've expected. He and his staff have rallied the Bs to an impressive 10-1-0 start, and his quote before the season describes his positive attitude.
''We've read, and I've read, a lot about what we don't have to start this year. I wanna talk about what we do have.''
One thing that's been noticeable in Montgomery's system is how well the depth has produced offensively. After Thursday night, the Bruins have goals from 16 different skaters in 11 games.
And Montgomery loves it, as you can clearly see from his reaction to Trent Frederic's go-ahead goal in the third period last night:
