Nikita Kucherov led the way in the Tampa Bay Lightning's 6-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche in game three of the Stanley Cup Final. The Russian recorded two assists, a plus-three rating, and six shots on goal.
However, he was forced to leave the game with what looked like a lower-body injury after a cross-check from Avalanche defenseman Devon Toews in the third period of last night's matchup.
Watch the play here:
Lightning's head coach Jon Cooper was not happy about the incident when asked about it after the game:
There has also been no update on Kucherov's availability for game four, but the head coach expects the all-star winger to play.
