As Bruins fans know, David Pastrnak is rarely serious when talking to the media, but it's an entirely different story on the ice.
And that was more evident than ever during recent interview, when he was asked about his high goal-scoring to start the 2022-23 season.
Pasta is currently tied for fifth in the NHL goal-scoring race with 25 (Connor McDavid is first with 32). However, when asked why he's shooting more and scoring at an elite pace, he took the opportunity to roast his long-time friend David Krejci.
''I play with [David] Krejci, and he's never going to shoot, so somebody has to do it. So I guess somebody has to shoot on that line, and that's my role.''
