As Bruins fans know, David Pastrnak is rarely serious when talking to the media, but it's an entirely different story on the ice.
And that was more evident than ever during his final media coverage before the Holiday break when he was asked about his high goal-scoring to start the 2022-23 season.
Pasta is currently on an 11-game point streak and tied for third in the NHL goal-scoring race with 24 (Connor McDavid is first with 30). However, when asked whey he's shooting more and scoring at an elite pace, he took the opportunity to roast his long-time friend David Krejci.
''I play with [David] Krejci, and he's never going to shoot, so somebody has to do it. So I guess somebody has to shoot on that line, and that's my role.''
