Pre-game rituals and different warm-up activites are a part of every player's game day routine.
But for Boston Bruins forwards Craig Smith and David Pastrnak, those pre-game warm-ups have taken a wild twist.
Most hockey players usually go for a light jog, have a good old stretch session or use foam rollers to activate their muscles before a game. Guys have also been known to play two-touch soccer, a game where players stand in a circle and try to eliminate each other by kicking a soccer ball around until it hits the ground.
In a video posted earlier today by the Bruins, Pastrnak and Smith seem to have come up with a new warm-up game. And it features an exercise ball...
We're pretty certain this game won't catch on, but it does look like fun!
There's just something about the challenge of rippping such a huge ball away from someone that sounds amusing...
