Wild forward handed multi-game suspension for bad knee-on-knee

The NHL has handed out yet another suspension for a dirty play.
This time, it was because of a knee-on-knee hit Thursday night by Mason Shaw of the Minnesota Wild on Evgeny Svechnikov of the San Jose Sharks. See below:
Shaw was was given a five-minute major and game misconduct for the hit, and a hearing from the Player Safety Department today.
Earlier this afternoon George Parros wasted no time and opted to issue Shaw a multi-game suspension.
Minnesota's Mason Shaw has been suspended for two games for Kneeing San Jose's Evgeny Svechnikov.
