The Vegas Golden Knights received some more terrible news on the injury front.
On Thursday, it was announced that starting goaltender Robin Lehner will miss the entire 2022-23 season after undergoing offseason hip surgery.
Now, according to journalist Danny Webster, the general manager of the Vegas Golden Knights, Kelly McCrimmon, will place the name of forward Nolan Patrick on the long-term injury list for the entire 2022-2023 season with an upper-body injury.
Patrick also missed the entire 2019-20 NHL season. After being selected second overall by the Philadelphia Flyers at the 2017 Entry Draft, Patrick has only appeared in 222 out of a possible total of 372 games since.
