A major rumour involving former Boston Bruin fan favourite Nick Foligno was just confirmed and it's not a good look.
It was reported that Nick Foligno reached out to Tyler Bertuzzi stating that the Chicago Blackhawks had interest in signing him before free agency even hit and many people are accusing him of tampering.
«Chicago wasn't really on my radar,» said Bertuzzi. «The day before free agency, Nick Foligno called me and said that they (Chicago) were interested. I was obviously excited about that and things went on from there.»
«We just talked about the organization, the city, where to live, and things that are important to me and my family while obviously moving to a new city,» Bertuzzi added.

Nick Foligno basically convinced Tyler Bertuzzi to sign with the Chicago Blackhawks which goes against NHL rules as players are not allowed to reach out to free agents until they have signed a contract.
How is @capfriendly reporting Sam Carrick and Tyler Bertuzzi have already signed with new teams? Doesn't that constitute tampering?
