Boston Bruins 6'6 prospect makes career-changing decision
Kristian Kostadinski was drafted 220th overall in the 2023 NHL draft, he will joining a Division I school in the NCAA.
He has decided to join Boston College as a commit, but this season will join the USHL's Dubuque Fighting Saints.
«I am extremely grateful and honoured to announce my commitment to play Division I hockey at Boston College,» wrote Kostadinski via Instagram. «I would like to thank my family, friends, advisor, coaches, and everyone that helpt me get to this point.»
Kostadinski recently played in Sweden for the Frolunda HC J20 "C" team, who he played 53 games for. He scored 19 points( 3 G, 16 A) and played in 3 games for the U19 team, and 4 games for the U20 Swedish team.
He will join the Fighting Saints in the USHL for the 2024-2025 season and join the Boston College Eagles in 2025-2026.
