Boston Bruins legend Andrew Raycroft had some choice words for Jeremy Swayman

Former Boston Bruins goaltender and legend Andrew Raycroft had some choice words for Jeremy Swayman when recently talking about him.

The Boston Bruins are in a sticky situation with goaltender Jeremy Swayman, and fans are worried about when he is going to finally sign an extension with the team as the season is getting closer, and closer.

After ultiamtely taking over the starting role for the Bruins this post-season, Jeremy Swayman has finally gotten the recognition he's deserved, as a lot of people are looking at him as a top goaltender in the league now, but former Boston Bruins goaltender Andrew Raycroft is concerned about some things with Swayman.

Jeremy Swayman has never been a starting goaltender in the NHL before and Raycroft stated he is interested to see how Swayman handles this.

«Being a starting goalie in the NHL isn't about playing well for a couple of days. It's about fighting your way out of a bad week,» said Raycroft. «He hasn't had to do that yet, so it'll be a little bit different, but he's going to do it. He's going to figure it out, and that will be exciting. It's great that the Bruins have a guy like that.»

This will be Swayman's first full year as the starting goaltender for the Boston Bruins.
