It appears the Bruins have lost another prospect as Curtis Hall who was drafted in 2018 in the fourth round signed a contract with the Cleveland Monsters of the AHL.

The 24-year-old center who played for three different teams including the Providence Bruins, Maine Mariners, and the Grand Rapids Griffins in 2023-24. During that time, he played 44 games, scoring 13 goals, 13 assists for 26 points and was a + 8.

Losing this kind of depth is not good for the Bruins as hall is 6 foot 3 and 210 lbs. It's become a trend with the Bruins that they have now lost all draft picks from 2018 and losing these draft picks is hurtful to the team's depth and development of young talent.

Hall will begin his new chapter with the Cleveland Monsters who are the affiliate for the Columbus Blue Jackets. That organization is currently rebuilding and looking for talent as they continue to fill out their depth.

In the meantime, general manager Don Sweeney along with his management team will continue to work on their roster and lock down any remaining pieces that needs to be signed prior to training camp beginning in September.
