Brad Marchand was not a fan of the hit former Boston Bruins forward AJ Greer landed on David Pastrnak during the Bruins 4-3 loss to the Florida Panthers, and he let him know about it during a postgame interview.

The game between the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers did not take long to get ugly as in the first period alone there were 26 penalty minutes, and it didn't take long for a fight to take place.

During the first period, former Boston Bruins forward AJ Greer landed a dirty hit from behind on David Pastrnak, and teammate Pavel Zacha did not like it, and made Greer answer the bell for his dirty hit.

Not long after Nate Schmidt went after David Pastrnak, after Pastrnak ran into Sam Reinhart, Schmidt went to take a run at David Pastrnak, but Brad Marchand was not letting that happen, and ended up dropping the gloves with him.

Following the game, Brad Marchand was asked about the hit that lead to the first fight of the game on David Pastrnak, and Marchand went on to say that it was a "greasy hit from behind", and that with Pastrnak being the Bruins best player, teams are going to target him.

Marchand on Greer's hit on Pastrnak that sparked a fight: "Greersy got him from behind. You usually target the other team's best players, so every time he has the puck they're going after him."

Marchand was not a fan of it to say the least, but the Bruins allowed the Florida Panthers to get into their heads, and ultimately it costed them the game in their second meeting in just four games.
