Bruins forward unable to leave ice under his own will after scary collision
In yesterday's early 2 PM game, the New York Rangers faced off against the Philadelphia Flyers completing a dominant win.
Meanwhile, the Boston Bruins had a tough match against the Detroit Red Wings, resulting in a 5-2 loss for the Bruins. Today, the Bruins were eager for redemption, but they faced an unfortunate setback in the first period.
During the game, Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy accidentally collided with his teammate, Matt Poitras.
The collision led to Poitras' head to quickly snapback, and he remained on the ice for an extended period. The medical trainer provided assistance, but despite the efforts, Patra had to leave the game.
As the Bruins continue their game against the red-hot New York Rangers, there has been no update on the young stars condition. Fans and the hockey community are hopeful for positive news and wishing for a quick recovery.
