The Boston Bruins are making some changes heading into their game against the Seattle Kraken after being blown out 8-1 to the Winnipeg Jets.
Everyone that played Tuesday night against the Winnipeg Jets had a terrible night, and Joe Sacco is making some changes due to that.
Joe Sacco confirmed that two youngsters will be coming out of the lineup including Marc McLaughlin and fan favourite Mason Lohrei.
In return the Boston Bruins have announced that veteran Tyler Johnson and Parker Wotherspoon will be added back into the Bruins lineup tonight. Head coach Joe Sacco also stated that Joonas Korpisalo will be guarding the crease tonight for the Bruins after Swayman allowed eight goals against the Jets.
Here is what the coach had to say:
The Bruins were riding a four game winning streak to start this five-game West Coast trip, and had a bunch of momentum after stringing together a bunch of good games, but they lost all momentum pretty quickly facing the Jets.
The Bruins penalty kill was really good heading into the game against the Jets, and their defensive play all around was improving since Joe Sacco took over, but the Jets found a way to expose them.
Winnipeg would go on to score 3 power play goals in six opportunities against the Bruins and would score eight goals on 35 shots.
Do you think these are good changes for the Boston Bruins?
