After claiming Wahlstrom ahead of their game on Saturday night against the Vancouver Canucks, Wahlstrom was not able to make it there in time to make his debut with the team.
There was speculation that because he wasn't able to make it there on Saturday, that he would make his debut Tuesday night against the Calgary Flames especially since he was able to attend the Bruins practice on Monday.
Joe Sacco has officially revealed whether or not he is going to make his debut with the Boston Bruins against the Calgary Flames tonight or not.
From Joe Sacco:
Sacco stated that he likes what his team had on Saturday night against the Vancouver Canucks and is sticking with the exact same lineup meaning that Oliver Wahlstrom's debut with the Boston Bruins will have to wait.
It will be interesting to see when Wahlstrom does get a chance to crack the lineup if the Bruins keep playing good hockey.
The Bruins are looking to start another win streak tonight, after snapping a embarrassing two game losing streak on Saturday where they were outscored 13-2 against the Winnipeg Jets and Seattle Kraken.
Puck drop for the Bruins-Flames game is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET.
