Don Sweeney made a major announcement involving Korpisalo and Bussi
The Boston Bruins general manager made a major announcement involving Joonas Korpisalo and Brandon Bussi.
Don Sweeney held a press conference on the 27th the day before the NHL Entry Draft started, and spoke on who will be the backup to Jeremy Swayman heading into next season.
Sweeney stated that the Bruins haven't determined what Swayman's workload will be but stated it may be upwards of 50 games played.
After that Sweeney went on to talk about Brandon Bussi, and stated that he will have the chance to beat out Korpisalo for the backup role to Swayman heading into next year.

His workload is TBD and Sweeney mentioned that Swayman would like to get into the upper echelon of "50 somewhat games.
