Four Boston Bruins Players To Step Away From Organization Following Announcement

In February the Boston Bruins are going to be losing Brad Marchand, Elias Lindholm, Charlie McAvoy, and Jeremy Swayman.

On Wednesday the NHL announced their rosters for the upcoming Four Nations Face-Off tournament that will take place in both Boston and Montreal which will include Canada, Finland, USA, and Sweden, and the Bruins will have four players in the tournament representing their countries.

For Team USA the Bruins will have Jeremy Swayman, and Charlie McAvoy. Canada will see captain Brad Marchand, and Elias Lindholm will be playing for team Sweden.

There was some speculation that Jeremy Swayman was not going to make team USA after the horrible start to the year the star goaltender had, but due to his play recently he has earned his spot on the roster.

Swayman since the coaching change has been playing a lot better for the Bruins and has seen an increase in his numbers and he is now up to a 8-9-2 with a 3.03 goals against average and a .893 save percentage

Under Joe Sacco the Boston Bruins have improved to 6-2-0 and are in a playoff spot right now as they sit third in the Atlantic Division.
